1. Operator Identity
QueryGraph Codelabs is a custom software engineering studio operating remotely out of Nairobi, Kenya, serving international business clients worldwide.
2. Information Collection & Usage
We collect information submitted directly through our project intake modal (such as full name, corporate email address, company name, project specifications, target timelines, and repository links). This information is processed solely for evaluating project feasibility, conducting technical discovery, and communicating commercial proposals.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
QueryGraph does not sell personal information or client specifications. Where third-party infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, cloud storage, DNS, email relay services) are utilized to operate our studio services, information is processed only as necessary for operational performance and subject to strict contractual security controls.
4. Intellectual Property & Client Agreements
This Privacy Policy does not govern intellectual property transfer or source code licensing. All project deliverables, source code ownership, Background IP rights, and confidentiality terms are governed exclusively by formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between QueryGraph and the client.
